Laughter Yoga

Judy Garmaise will be giving us a Laugher Yoga workshop! Come in comfortable clothes!
Laughter Yoga is a combination of interactive laughter exercises with deep centering breaths and calming movements. Be ready for deep belly laughs, deep belly breaths and playful laughter games!
